Who We Are

We're not an app. We're a voice your campus never had before.

Infosphere started as one question: why does finding a room, an office, or an answer on campus still feel like guesswork? We built the assistant we wished existed.

Scroll

We believe technology on a campus should feel like asking a friend, not filling out a form: fast, honest, and human enough to say "I don't know yet, but I'm learning."

01

We listen first.

Every question, spoken or typed, in Indonesian, English or Mandarin, starts by actually being heard, not pattern-matched against a script.

02

We understand the space.

Rooms, floors, offices and routes are mapped and cross-referenced on the real floor plans, so an answer isn't just correct, it's useful to someone standing in the lobby.

03

We guide, not just answer.

The route starts where you stand and climbs the floors with you. Every conversation makes the next one sharper.

How we think about it

The principles that shape every answer Infosphere gives.
01

Clarity over cleverness

A short, correct answer beats an impressive-sounding vague one, every time.

02

Say "I don't know"

Guessing confidently is worse than admitting a gap, so Infosphere is built to admit it.

03

Local, not generic

Trained on each space's own data (its rooms, its language, its people), not a one-size-fits-all script.

04

Always improving

Every unanswered question gets reviewed and taught back in. The assistant is never really "finished."
